Meet the Teacher of CV-Shoreline:
Abby is our assistant teacher. Children’s Village welcomed Abby just after the opening of our classroom. She has worked with children in multiple settings throughout the last 10 years, including church youth programs, Christian after school programs, as a children’s summer camp counselor and as a nanny. Abby loves teaching children about arts and crafts, gardening, reading and music, as well as about God’s love for them expressed through the Bible. Abby graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a BA in Social Justice and Peace Studies and a minor in Global and Urban Ministries.
Top 5 Strengths:
Our school age class is designed to create a nurturing, fun and safe environment for your child and to encourage healthy developmental growth. The children are in a setting where they are able to explore their environment through play and age appropriate activities with peers.
We strive to celebrate any accomplishment that the children make. In this effort, we feel that it will inspire our children to reach higher and have a sense of pride and self worth.
